I know many of you probably hate a schedule. But, let's be honest...if you want to sleep like our little friend here, you've GOT to schedule it!

Consistency is one of the best ways to fall asleep easily and sleep well throughout the night.

Simply find a schedule that works for you. Maybe that's 10 pm-6 am, 12 am-8 am, or even off-hours if your schedule demands it.

The timing doesn't matter as much as consistency does. So start scheduling your sleep, and reap the rewards!

Did you know that getting enough sleep can help you look and feel younger? Studies have shown that people who get the recommended 7-8 hours of sleep each night tend to show fewer signs of aging.

And not only can it improve your physical beauty, but it can also improve your overall health. Lack of sleep can cause chronic inflammation in the body which is linked to a variety of diseases such as heart disease and diabetes. Additionally, people who get less than 7 hours of sleep tend to have lower energy levels and an impaired immune system, making it harder for them to fight off infection.
