Shipping in the USA

We offer free UPS shipping for all orders in the USA over $50. Typically delivery is within 1-4 days (depending on how far away from us you are - we are in Southern California).

If you order pillowcases with your pillow, we will package your items together, with the pillowcases inside the pillow box (which is perfect for gifts - wink, wink)

International Shipping

We charge a low flat rate for international shipping ($30 to ship to Canada and Mexico, and $55 to ship anywhere else in the world)

Shipping times and carriers vary for international orders, but we try to use DHL Express whenever possible (which is usually within 5 business days).

Please note that Honeydew is not responsible for any additional duties or customs charges that may (or may not) be assessed on your package.

Returns and Exchanges

We want you to LOVE your pillow, and we know that if you give it a chance, you will. That is why all of our pillows and pillowcases have a 60-night risk free trial. If you aren’t happy with your purchase, simply (click here) to initiate your return. If you live in the USA, we will send you a pre-paid shipping label. No fees, no hassles, it’s that easy.

If you are an international customer, the same trial period applies, but you will be responsible for the return shipping charges.

ORDERS NOT PURCHASED AT HONEYDEWSLEEP.COM

For Honeydew products purchased somewhere other than honeydewsleep.com (like Amazon or a retail store), all returns and exchanges are subject to that retailer's return policy, and as a result need to be handled by them.

'BUY WITH PRIME' ORDERS PURCHASED AT HONEYDEWSLEEP.COM

To initiate a return on a "Buy with Prime" order, please complete the following steps:

1. Open the order confirmation email and choose View Order.

2. Choose Order Details to see the order details page.

3. Choose Return on the order details page.

Note: The Return button appears only after the order is delivered. 

4. Enter the reason for the return.

5. Confirm the estimated refund amount and summary of the return details to create the return.

When the return has been created, a return confirmation email is sent.

6. From the return confirmation email, choose Print Return Label, and then attach the printed label to the package.

7. Drop the return off at the location listed on the return label.
