A recent pair of sleep studies found that consistent, high-quality sleep could add years to your life.
But not getting enough? Well, it could put you at higher risk for a heart attack. Those who struggle with insomnia were found to be 69% more likely to suffer a heart attack.
The data included information from more than 1 million adults, and people were categorized as having insomnia if they had trouble falling asleep, staying asleep, or waking too early in the mornings.
I'm guessing many of you are in that category. So all this being said, do whatever you can to get that sleep!
