What's your mattress like? Is it 20 years old?
What are you resting your head on? Is it hard as a rock? Lumpy? Flat?
Where's the support in that?
So while all of the things I talked about above are amazing, I encourage you to examine what your body is actually resting upon for those 7-8 hours every single night.
