    "The cooling isn't magic. It's just that somehow the fill inside this stuff provides passthrough air that keeps my head at a constant cool temp. No more turning the pillows over several times a night, and no more blowing on my own chest to provide myself cool air. And did I mention comfort? I got this pillow after sleeping badly for a long time, and I have slept ever since. I must stay in alignment or whatever, and my arm doesn't fall asleep anymore.     Pillowcase too loose and hard to insert pillow.

    "My husband and I absolutely love our side sleeper pillows - they are a game changer. However, the pillowcases are very hard to put on. We find ourselves squeezing the pillow in the short zipper length, then shaking vigorously to get the points of the pillow in correctly. You should either lengthen the zipper opening or locate the zipper on the side. We also don't like the looseness of the pillowcase - it gets very wrinkly. But again, we love the pillow."
