HOW DO I CLEAN MY PILLOW?
The outer fabric cover can be washed on cold and either hung, laid flat, or lightly tumble dried. The fill in our pillows is not designed to be washed, so it's important to remove the fill before washing your pillow.
The easiest way to keep your pillow clean, however, is to get one of our washable pillow cases for it (Click here!) , and then that can very easily be removed and washed with your other bed linens. It also feels amazing, and will make your pillow sleep even cooler (I know, it doesn't seem possible - but it's true!)
CAN I PURCHASE MORE FILL FOR MY PILLOW?
DO YOUR SIDE PILLOWS WORK FOR BACK AND/OR STOMACH SLEEPERS TOO?
Absolutely they do!
Our curved Side Pillows are by far our most popular pillows, even though many of our customers are back and stomach sleepers. The curve allows you to stabilize your neck when you are on your back in a similar manner to a neck roll pillow, but is far more comfortable.
If you are a stomach sleeper, you can use the unique shape to fill in around your shoulder to give you a nice cushioned cocoon. What makes these pillows so great is how customizable they are.

WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT WHEN I FIRST GET MY SCRUMPTIOUS PILLOW?
First of all, congratulations on your new pillow purchase!
When you first get your pillow, open up the packaging, and allow it a little bit of time to expand to its full height. Sometimes there is a bit of an odor from the Certipur-US material that goes away pretty quickly. This is normal, and not harmful in any way. You can read about what it means to be Certipur-US certified (here) .
Once it has fully expanded, try it out! If you feel like it is too high for you, you can open up the zipper and remove some of the fill to really make it your own.
That’s it! You are now ready to experience life after a night of scrumptious sleep. Watch out world!
