We've all felt it. The 3 pm slump comes around and we're either ready for a nap or more coffee. So which do you choose?

Definitely not the coffee! Now, I love a good latte as much as anyone, but having caffeine after noon may be wrecking your sleep.

If you're someone who finds it hard to fall asleep or stay asleep, it's recommended to avoid that extra cup of coffee in the afternoon. Instead, opt for more water, decaf coffee if you must, or...a nap!

My husband and I, along with my father-in-law, have been wholeheartedly dedicated to providing you with the absolute best products and guidance available.

In doing so, we began to notice which products were falling short of our very high standards. This is when we pooled all of our knowledge and passion into developing new and improved products that could bridge the gaps in our customer’s needs. Honeydew Sleep Company was born.

Our first focus was very clear to us. We set out to design and create a sleep product that we knew could make a tremendous impact and was certainly missing from the market: a perfect pillow!
