I genuinely love hearing people’s stories, and I am instantly fascinated and enthralled by them. I also have a passion for sharing my own story because I want others to know who I truly am so that I can build meaningful connections and honest relationships with them.
A core component of my story is a personal health struggle that I went through (see: last email!). My journey through that difficult time in my life gave me the gift of a deeper understanding and appreciation for my body.
This, in turn, led me to learn what my body desperately needed in order for me to find my way to living a pain-free, and profoundly more beautiful life.
I also came to realize that these needs were not unique to me, and the knowledge of that empowered me to share with others.
I became confident that somehow if I committed myself to it, I could find ways to improve the quality of life for all of us. In the end, that has been the most rewarding and fulfilling aspect of what I do, and I know in my heart that I will always continue in that pursuit.
